These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for Anthology Collaborative’s (“Event”) through the official Anthology A+C website, anthologyac.com (“Website”). By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About the Event and These Terms
1.1 The Event is presented by Anthology Collaborative (“Anthology”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 These Terms apply to every person purchasing, holding or using a ticket (“Ticket Holder”, “you” or “your”).
1.3 The Event date, venue, timings, ticket categories and prices displayed on the Website at the time of booking form part of the booking information.
1.4 Anthology may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable to a completed booking will ordinarily be those accepted at the time of purchase, subject to changes required by law or to the extent reasonably necessary for the operation, safety or security of the Event.
2. Ticket Booking and Payment
2.1 Tickets are sold exclusively through anthologyac.com unless Anthology expressly announces otherwise.
2.2 You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including your name, mobile number and email address where requested.
2.3 A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a booking confirmation or e-ticket.
2.4 The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and any applicable booking or other charges, will be displayed before payment is completed.
2.5 Anthology may refuse, cancel or investigate a booking where it reasonably suspects fraud, duplicate booking, misuse of the Website, unauthorised resale or other unlawful or abusive activity.
2.6 If an amount is debited from your payment method but a ticket is not successfully issued, please contact Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C using the contact details provided on the Website. Anthology will verify the transaction and, where no valid booking has been created, arrange the applicable reversal or refund in accordance with the payment process and applicable law.
3. Ticket Delivery
3.1 Tickets are issued electronically. No physical ticket will be shipped.
3.2 The e-ticket and/or booking confirmation will be sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided during booking.
3.3 After successful booking, you should retain the e-ticket or booking confirmation until entry to the Event.
3.4 If you do not receive your e-ticket after a successful payment, check your spam or junk folder and contact Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C at info@anthologyac.com.
3.5 Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C may provide links or additional information relating to the Event, including venue directions, maps, visitor information and these Terms, following completion of the booking.
4. Ticket Validity and Entry
4.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise, each ticket is valid for one person and one entry to the Event on the date and during the applicable entry period stated on the ticket.
4.2 The ticket must be presented in the form specified by Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C at the point of entry. Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C may verify the ticket against booking information, including the registered mobile number or email address.
4.3 A ticket that has been duplicated, altered, forged, previously used or otherwise rendered invalid will not be accepted.
4.4 Entry is subject to venue capacity, reasonable security procedures and applicable venue rules.
4.5 Anthology may refuse admission to, or remove from the Event, a person whose conduct is unlawful, abusive, threatening, disruptive or reasonably considered to pose a safety or security risk, or who breaches these Terms or applicable venue requirements.
5. Cancellation, Refunds and Exchanges
5.1 Tickets once booked are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged at the request of the purchaser, except where expressly provided under these Terms or where Anthology determines otherwise.
5.2 A purchaser is responsible for checking the Event date, venue, timings, ticket category, quantity and other booking details before completing payment.
5.3 A purchaser’s failure to attend the Event, late arrival, change of plans or inability to attend does not ordinarily entitle the purchaser to a refund or exchange.
5.4 Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any refund, remedy or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
6. Event Changes, Postponement and Cancellation
6.1 Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event programme, participating artists, speakers, performers, installations, timings, venue arrangements or other Event details where circumstances require.
6.2 If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C will communicate the revised arrangements. Unless otherwise stated by Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C, tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled Event.
6.3 If Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C cancels the Event, Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C will communicate the applicable refund or other arrangements to Ticket Holders in accordance with the circumstances of the cancellation and applicable law.
6.4 Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C will not be responsible for changes arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject always to applicable law and any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Ticket Transfer and Resale
7.1 Tickets must not be resold for profit, commercially transferred, used for unauthorised promotional activity or offered as part of a commercial package without Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C’s prior written consent.
7.2 Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C may invalidate tickets that it reasonably believes have been obtained through unauthorised resale, fraudulent activity or other prohibited means.
7.3 Where a ticket is permitted to be transferred to another individual, the transferee remains bound by these Terms and any applicable Event or venue requirements.
8. Visitor Conduct and Exhibition Rules
8.1 Visitors must follow reasonable instructions given by Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C, venue staff and security personnel.
8.2 Visitors must behave respectfully towards artists, exhibitors, staff, participants and other visitors.
8.3 Harassment, threatening behaviour, abusive conduct, unauthorised commercial activity and conduct that interferes with the safety or enjoyment of others are prohibited.
8.4 Visitors must not touch, move, damage or otherwise interfere with artworks, installations, displays or other Event property except where expressly permitted.
8.5 Photography, filming or recording may be restricted in particular areas or in relation to particular works. Visitors must comply with signage and instructions at the Event.
8.6 Visitors must comply with reasonable security procedures and any restrictions on items imposed by the venue, Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C or applicable law.
9. Photography, Filming and Recording
9.1 Photography, filming and audio/video recording may take place at the Event for documentation, editorial, archival, promotional and/or marketing purposes.
9.2 By attending the Event, visitors acknowledge that they may incidentally appear in such recordings. Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C will use such material in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
9.3 Where a specific consent or notice is required by applicable law, Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C will provide the relevant mechanism or notice.
10. Accessibility
10.1 Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C seeks to make the Event accessible to visitors. Visitors requiring accessibility assistance are encouraged to contact Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C in advance so that reasonable arrangements can be considered.
10.2 Accessibility arrangements may be subject to venue facilities, safety requirements and practical constraints.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Intellectual property rights in the Anthology A+C name, branding, Website content, text, images, designs, artworks, event materials and other content belong to Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C or their respective rights holders.
11.2 Purchase of a ticket does not grant any licence or right to reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute or otherwise use Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C’s or third parties’ intellectual property except for personal, non-commercial use permitted by law.
11.3 Visitors must not use photographs, recordings or Event content for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the relevant rights holder.
12. Website and Technical Issues
12.1 Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C takes reasonable steps to keep the Website available and functional but does not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
12.2 Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C will not be responsible for technical failures outside its reasonable control, including failures attributable to telecommunications networks, internet connectivity, payment providers or a user’s device, subject to applicable law.
12.3 Nothing in this section affects a consumer’s statutory rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Personal Data and Privacy
13.1 Personal information collected in connection with ticket bookings will be processed in accordance with Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C’s Privacy Policy.
13.2 Information may be used as necessary to process bookings, issue and verify tickets, provide Event-related communications, provide customer support, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and for other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
13.3 Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements and the Privacy Policy.
13.4 The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms to the extent applicable to the processing of personal data.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the Website or attendance at the Event.
14.2 Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C is not responsible for loss, damage, theft or injury caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Force Majeure
15.1 Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C will not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic conditions, government restrictions, public emergencies, civil disturbance, industrial action, venue failure or other events that materially affect the safe or lawful operation of the Event.
15.2 Where such circumstances affect the Event, Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C will communicate reasonable arrangements, including postponement, rescheduling or cancellation, as appropriate.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
16.2 Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising any right or remedy available under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory law.
16.3 Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms may be submitted to the courts or competent authorities having jurisdiction over the matter.
17. Customer Support and Grievance Redressal
17.1 Questions, complaints or concerns relating to ticket booking, payment, ticket delivery, entry or refunds may be addressed to info@anthologyac.com.
17.2 When contacting Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C regarding a booking, you should provide sufficient information to enable the transaction to be identified, such as the booking reference, registered email address or mobile number.
17.3 Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C will endeavour to review and respond to complaints within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
18.1 Anthology Collaborative | Anthology A+C may update these Terms where reasonably required for legal, operational, security or Event-related reasons.
18.2 The latest version will be made available on anthologyac.com.
